GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Applicable to All Sauna Bookings, Bundles, and Services

1. Scope of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of the sauna facilities provided by Fulacht Sauna (“the Business”), including but not limited to single sessions, multi-session bundles, gift vouchers, and promotional offers.

By booking, purchasing, or using the sauna services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & Validity

All sauna sessions must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session without penalty.
Failure to attend a booked session or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and no refund issued.
Any multi-session bundles or vouchers are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited.

3. Payments, Refunds And Non-Transferability

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
All purchases, including single sessions and bundles, are non-refundable, except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) or other applicable law.
Bookings and purchases are non-transferable and valid only for the named customer unless otherwise stated in writing by management.

4. Health, Safety And Waiver of Liability

Use of the sauna facilities is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
By booking or using the sauna, the customer confirms they:
- Are medically fit to use the sauna and understand the associated health risks, including but not limited to dehydration, heat exhaustion, burns, dizziness, and cardiovascular strain.
- Will comply with all health and safety guidelines, posted signage, and staff instructions at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse access if, in their reasonable opinion, sauna use poses a health or safety risk.
Waiver: The Business, its owners, staff, and agents accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained while using the sauna facilities, except where caused by proven negligence or breach of statutory duty.

5. Business Rights And Service Changes

The Business reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions, session availability, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
In the event of temporary closure or service interruption, the Business may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative booking, extension, or refund.
The Business reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session without refund for breach of these Terms or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Data Protection And GDPR Compliance

The Business processes all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).
Data is collected and used solely for the purposes of administering bookings, health and safety, and necessary communications.
Marketing communications will only be sent where explicit consent is given. Customers may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Business.

7. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

By booking, purchasing, or using the sauna services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
