We are open every Monday - Friday 5pm-9pm and Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Bank holiday Monday 9am-9pm.

How to Book


Book your sauna session via our website calendar by selecting your preferred date and time. Follow the payment steps and ensure you finalise your booking by clicking the 'Pay Now' button below the order summary. After completing payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to our waiver form.

Waiver Form

​

Don’t forget You must complete your waiver form before the start of your session and before entering the sauna. If you have booked for a group, each individual must complete their own waiver form too! You agree to waive any claims against Fulacht Sauna for injuries or damages resulting from sauna use, plunge pool use, or incidents occurring on the premises or during collaboration events.

What to Bring


Please bring two towels: one to sit on and one for use after your sauna. Wear appropriate, non-slip footwear while moving around the sauna area and using the plunge pools. We recommend bringing water and a small snack for afterwards. Towels and sauna hats are available for purchase at the sauna. For more info, see our Terms & Conditions.

Sauna Etiquette

​

To ensure everyone has the best experience, we ask that all guests follow our sauna etiquette. Please bring a towel to sit on during your sauna session. It's important for hygiene and comfort—plus, it's part of the sauna culture! We kindly remind guests to be mindful of others by keeping shouting/loud noise to a minimum, as the sauna is a place to relax and unwind. Please also avoid pouring excessive water on the sauna stones, as it will affect the temperature and comfort of others. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping create a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all. Thank you!

Shower Facilities


Yes, we have cold showers at the sauna.

Plunge Pools

​

Yes, we have plunge pools, all at river temperature. Remember to always shower before using the plunge pools, and if you have sensitive skin, it is recommended you shower after using the plunges as they are treated with Bromine/Chlorine.

Changing Area


We have a shared changing area at the sauna. A storage area is available for your belongings. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Toilet Facilities


Toilets facilities are available on-site.

Vouchers And Gift Cards


You can purchase sauna passes in person at the sauna or buy digital gift cards here. To print a digital gift card at home, just select the 'For Myself' option and enter your own email address, and you can download a blank voucher card here to personalise at home. All vouchers and gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any sauna sessions or events.

Group and Private Bookings


To book Sauna privately, find a time with 16 seats available. Select all 16 seats and once booked, you will have the sauna for your private use.​

Age Limit

​

Fulacht Sauna is strictly for guests aged 16 and over in accordance with our insurer requirements.

​

Can I bring children to the sauna?
​

No, all shared/private sauna sessions are strictly for those aged 16 and over. We are unable to accommodate children in these sessions.

 

Can I book a private session for my family, including children?
​

No, unfortunately, we can not allow under-16s in any sauna sessions, including private bookings, due to insurer restrictions.

Booking Changes


We require 24hr notice for any booking changes, however, you can change your booking up to 12 hours before the start time by logging in to our members area using the email address that you used to make the booking, then select 'My Bookings' from the drop-down menu, and change it to an alternative date/time that suits you best.

Cancellation Policy


We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Please forward your confirmation email to us so we can cross ref your booking and process your refund for you.

 


Missed/Late/No-Shows

​

Please note that 100% of the total booking fee will be charged for missed, late, or no-show appointments.
 

​

Lost and Found

​

Think you’ve left something behind? No worries! It’s best to pop by as soon as you can during our opening hours to check. We try our best to hold lost items for a max of 1-2 weeks, and then they’re donated or discarded. Feel free to send us a detailed description of the item via our contact form, and we’ll check for you when we reopen. While we will always do our best to help, we can't take responsibility for any lost or found items, and its always best to call in person to check as soon as you can. Thanks for understanding, and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your item!

Who Cannot Use the Sauna


Sauna use is not permitted if you suffer from high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory disorders, epilepsy, diabetes, are pregnant, or are prone to dizziness or fainting, or if you are under 16 years old.​​
